What's a Warmup?

Comments:
Had chem lab, so I got to practice late enough to miss the warm up, but on time enough to start with everyone. Today was basically the same workout as last week, 6x1000m at tempo pace. Overall though, I did much better today than last week. Each rep was faster, and I felt a lot smoother every time. The times were something like 3:31, 33, 36, 36, 35, 33. The lift was solid too, but I don't think I'm actually going to feel it until I wake up tomorrow. Also, first ice bath of the season!
