Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
9x400 with a 400 jog in between. the 400 jog was pretty fast, too...typically hitting between 71 and 74. legs felt like complete shit, running most of it by myself, and the jog made it difficult to recover. often going 7min. to 730 pace on the "recovery." Good workout though...in the end the biggest thing was probably my previous two days. ran this wil the guys from the running club.
