Weather: rainy, shitty!
Comments:
Had a two-hour lunch today, so I ran longer - the whole PRE loop, up to PRE's rock through Hendrick's Park, then back through campus.
Felt pretty good today; pushed the pace a bit, working on the forward stride and "opening" things. L lateral foot still sore, and I could feel the hamstrings a bit...
The weather was brutal: rain and fairly cold. Worse yet, I forgot my base layer, so I was wearing two jackets, which was weird.
