It's hot and humid today. The cardio room was hot too sweated a lot urgh. Biked a bit felt good. Crunched for time today. Super Bowl preview.
Hurdles hit it up afterward. Good mobility hard to stay focused though... Gonna work on that.
Essentials: stretch, L7, roll, abs ice
Good essentials though. Ankle still a little puffy.
