Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Cross country, beautiful, shirt-removing
Comments:
On my 200th run since the beginning of logging (June 5th, 2012), I had a fantastic workout with the granolas. The weather was so great that the type of workout, (tempo intervals around BK) smelled, felt and sounded like cross country. Thus I have used group terminology accordingly. For the SECOND TIME since August 2011, I was not a "satellite runner" in relation to the group. There's something about BK I suppose. We did a tempo to the bridge, two whoppers, one driveway, a tempo to MacArthur, a downhill sprint from a preordained tree and a pickup on Nebraska avenue, finishing things up with planks and leg lifts.
