Speed work today. Was going to do the 800 workout, but there wasn't going to be anyone else doing it, so I tagged along with the milers. Ended up doing 4x200/400/200. Quick pace, nice and consistent, and I felt really strong throughout. Followed up with lifting, abs, and ICE BATH.
