Comments:
69, 65, a couple 49ish's, 31, 31...felt great. Didn't feel hard. Actually it did. But not as hard as I would have predicted. Also paced one of the 1000's with long distance girls.Jacy and Betel both had great workouts. And Katie ran a 29 for last 200!
