Comments:
Long day I actually woke up for a meeting at 8:30 down on campus. Kept chugging along the rest of the day till the meeting at 4:30. It was a silly survey I probably didnt need to do and then we had to talk about the Obelisk meet. Anyways it took a while for me to get out to run. Me Paul and Megan went out for a nice paced premeet run up Euclid Heights to Coventry. WEnt real slow so I didnt feel all that sore, compared to yesterday. Roads were slippery as well. Met up with Thea at Coventry and she joined us back down to the village. Good run, kinda long though. Hope I feel athletic and competitive tomorrow. Right now I am just tired.
Did a few striders in my spikes after, since it has been a while since I wore them. I am finishing the season off in this pair, something special. They were pretty tight though, and felt kinda weird with the ankle tapeage.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, hammies, L7, abs
Everyone was gone basically when I was stretching down. Hammy a little tight but not strained, and ankle feeling better. Tim was around and we went to Fribs together for a premeet meal. I was too exhausted to haul over to the Village for the pasta thing...
Pretty sure I left my watch at Veale which made me upset :( Ill get it tomorrow though.
