The Shell to SW Bike Path to Buckeye Trail Bridge and back-

I went out today after the sort of miserable run yesterday and didn't regret it. I ran in daylight and chose the SW Bike Path so I would be going into the wind on the way out. This was a decent run though I had some knee pain. I also had stomach problems, especially toward the end.
