Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went to the training room to get sound before the 800. Guess Kevin heard me wrong, got a massage with biofreeze instead, which felt simmilar but better. Got taped then headed up for a warmup. Jogged back and forth on the back stretch a few times, hit the bike for a couple minutes. Came down to watch the mile races. Spiked up, did some strides, was feeling pretty good but nervous. Brooke killed it on the last lap of the 8 and kicked it in for the win which was good. I was pretty in the zone by then but that was exciting. Lined up, gun went off, and away we went. One of the Carnegie kids threw a few elbows about 100m in which pissed me off. Coming up to 200 I was worried because we were all still one big pack. Luckily, it was because the front guys went out slow. Carnegie kid passed me 300m in, should've gone with him because I might have been able to wrap him up on the last lap. Closed pretty well, but I still have a mental wall I didn't get through in that race.
