Comments:
11x400 with 400 jog rest. going ~7:30 pace on the jog rest. 71 for the majority of the 400s, in trainers. Took a bit of extra time ~20s and didn't jog for the full 400 (maybe 1min 20s) before the last one and dropped a 63 to just let loose. The 400 jog really keeps you in check.
Headache after the workout! haven't had that happen in a long long while
