Comments:
Ran after work + helping my boss with his back. It was pretty nice out, so I really felt like getting out to loosen up.

Worked on the "wider stride" and hip hinging on the downhill on the backside of Skinner Butte. Stride felt GOOD today, though I was tired.

Did a 3-setter of conditioning, but I was TIRED. The new, reinforced pull-up bar was fine, but I was still scared! :s
