Comments:
On school track. Ran 1/2 mile warm up (time: 3:38), then 1.5 miles (3200 meters) at 85% pace. First mile was 5:58. Finished 1.5 miles at 9 minutes 11 seconds. No food, a little water before practice. After, worked out in wellness center with team for 1 hour, working legs and core.
