Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I thought I would start counting how many times I run with Jeff (hence the title). Regardless today first run was a rather interesting run. Filled with notable quotes such as, "God...I'm going to get laid, fuuuck..." or "Yup, she's a one...never mind." along with other things to fill the run. Even had an interesting run in with someone who was unable to take his eyes off of me, and as Jeff put it, "...he followed you as we pass with a head turn and everything, even had kind of a wanting look." which was so lovely to hear. Passed that person twice, if only it was a chicka. For the run itself, I have to say that we both felt really good and needed a slower run.
