Tonight was a nice night for a run I saw one fat rabbot, two stray cats and three drug dealers. It has been a long day, 9 hours at work and I have to be back there again at 8 tomorrow. my knees have stopped bothering me while at rest I think because of the running, but half way through became a little shakey then it went away. IFR STR MFR. An easy day by myself. i wish there was a map application on this website to keep trak of exactly what run i did.
