Comments:
I felt surprisingly good, although we picked it up on the way back from MacArthur via BK. I noticed earlier today that only my right leg was sore. Peter came for core work and after I asked him about my left leg hamstring imbalance. He replied that at my age he had a similar issue and said that as long as I keep doing strength work it should be okay. He also recommended modified versions of plank leg lifts that do not put the same strain on one's hamstrings. Phew.
