Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Easy, short run at lunch. Busy day today, having a PT student/resident working with me (fun, but more work).
Run felt good - no particular sore/trashed muscles, but overall tired/"clunky". Some R LBP, a TINY bit of R ab soreness = I "lost it" (pelvic flexing) with those faster reps. Focus-focus-focus! And don't exceed limits...
