Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Rather slow and dull. I had no inclination to do strength work. Planks and crunches and pushups have become extremely monotonous; as much as I hate to admit it, I am still very sore from a PE workout on Thursday--it really hurt my hamstrings. I did a set of pushups, some clams and the regular leg routine anyways. I also did eight, concerning striders.
