Weather: Hard Rain Drizzle
Comments:
Wet conditions, lots of mud. Went for 1 mile warm up on cross country course, then ran on our own for 15 minutes at light pace (about 2 miles). Next, went onto school track and ran 4 laps in hard rain, or about a mile. Mile time was 5:59. Half mile was 2:51. After, went into wellness center, streched, did ab workouts and pushups. Before running, ate Honey Nut Cheerios and orange juice.
