Comments:
Ran a good long run with Chris today. It was decently warm out today. Felt pretty good. Went up Meadowbrook past JCU to Green and then back Shelburne and NP. Picked it up as we went along. Started to feel alittle tired at the end though. Got a bunch of breaks since I had to pee 3 times. Saw lots of People too.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, ankles

Feeling fine afterward good stretch.
