Comments:
Ran in the morning before work, pretty short. Legs feel good but sluggish after the run yesterday. Found out Chris saw Dave and I on the run yesterday, wild.
~30 miles for the week. Will shoot to get up to 40 within 3 weeks (maybe 2) but am trying to be cautious with buildup since I havent run in forever.
