Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
YMCA indoor track b/c I wanted to run somewhere flat. I ran 96 laps this time meaning 6 miles. Nice and controlled for the first 5 miles. Let my stride lengthen and ran a pretty quick last mile. Not putting the time in the time again b/c it is inaccurate but for comparing in the future the time was 37:51. What I was really pleased w/ was the effortlessness in which I ran at a decent pace (ignoring time). When I look @ what the watch says I negative split so that is also a big plus. So good run but ignore the time b/c of the quickness of the track.
