i just mapped this out online, that's why the distances are like that. decided i'd just kinda run around today. i went out big run, turned right on baker and went until i got to the top of that huge hill and turned around, turned right and kept going on big run until i got to the bridge that's closed and then back to campus. this part was a progression run, the first 3.85 (to bridge before lee wolf) was in 26:45, last 4 were in 24:15 with the last 2 in 11:40. felt awesome. it was 55 and raining so perfect for this type of thing. then i went out zion and came back on the bike path.
