Comments:
Ran right after work because it looked like it was going to rain any second. I was still pretty sore from the long run but I felt like I didn't want to just crawl through a run so I decided to work it a bit to see if I would loosen up. I didn't really loosen up but I felt alright, it got done I guess. Added on some strides on a track.
