Comments:
RAn from Veale with Chris Dong Phil Colin and Aaron. Headed out downtown, havnt ben on a true downtown run in a while. It wasnt too bad it was cold but the sun was out and I felt pretty comfortable. Except for the fact that my sandwich from Corky and Lennys hadnt quite settled down... Anyways went out Chester, through CSU quad and back on Euclid. Started to feel alittle tired on the way back, but overall a good shake out run.
Went down to lift when we got back to veale since we didnt lift on Wednesday.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll
Good stretch, legs feeling ok after yesterday, even though they were pretty sore last night. Next week is a transition into the next part of training, getting ready for outdoors and for the steeple. Lets go.
