The Shell to SW Bike Path to Capital City Trail bridge and back-

My achilles felt much better after yesterday and I decided it was time for a more normal run. I was in a frantic mood to some extent today trying to squeeze in this run. My knee was my main ailment. I ran a little quicker today and while I didn't time it, the total elapsed time was about 1:05 and I had to stop some for traffic.
