Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Long run in the afternoon. Phil came along for the first 5 so we split it into two loops. Went out to SHHS first, havnt been there in a while. It was freezing out though. Legs felt really heavy and tired from the lift yesterday, so starting out was pretty miserable. Looped back down Bellfield then Chris and I went out to the cemetery. Felt better on that part and picked up the pace a little. Still legs were heavy and tired.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll
Legs still feel sore looking for some good self care tomorrow. ALso got to warm my hand up it was freezing out today.
