Comments:
Did a tempo run to see what I had in the tank still. Pretty impressed, miles go as follows: 5:29, 5:26, 5:28, 5:21. Felt the drain around mile 2 1/4, thought I would only be able to run up tempo till mile three, decided that my splits were too good to not try to finish the last mile hard. Didn't have to over exert myself.
