Went in and lifted after recitation. Good stuff bumped up weights. Felt much better in the legs and ready to lift today. Apparently we have processing today though, which I thought we didn't have. I was gonna run at that time... Shit might not get to run today, which would suck cause I am already gonna miss a few days this week.
