swam with joe today, he made me feel even slower than i already did.
200y up, 8x100y on 2:15 interval, 200 down. i think i was around 1:45 for the 100s with 30 seconds rest (hence the 2:15). my heart rate crept up to around 160 on the last interval so i cut it off there. this was a great aerobic workout with not too much lasting physical stress.
