Comments:
With single digit temperatures and a wind chill of -14, I decided to just run on the indoor track. It was okay, and I also got to run a decent pace for once, but my knee was really bothering me today. It seems to be on a flair-up this week for reasons I don't understand. My stomach was an annoyance at points and made a few noises but it was actually better than most of the last week.
