Comments:
Had the guys do 1 lap warm up, 3 lap fartlek and 1 lap cool down. Guys did alright, had a runner back today for the first time since an incident and he's doing great. Some of my guys are struggling a bit, better to struggle now than later I guess. My legs were a little tired afterward, right ankle was hurting there for a bit.
