Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Very very tired today into the afternoon. Urgh felt sore from lifting as well. Got into it as practice rolled around though. Warmed up ouside, which was freaking cold. The wind chill made it really tough actually. I was uncomfortable. Wanted to get back to Veale ASAP. Felt fine on the warm up though wasnt really think about being tired earlier.

Did a random set of drills, ten of the more strenuous drills. Good times finished up with the crab walk. Track was kinda bust today we had to weave in and out of the lanes. Regular old group, David Tim and Gilad were out in front, and Alex lead our section. Workout was fast stuff, 2 x800 w/ 400 rest, 2 x 400 w/ 400 rest, then 4 x200 w/ 200 rest. We were very consistent and at pretty good paces. I was feeling it, felt like I was going hard. Still feeling constrained by the indoor track though. Hard to get around those turns fast. Legs felt great though, got a good workout it. Took the recovery pretty easy though. SPlits were:

Cool down outside again, coming back past the art museum was freezing! It better be nice in Seattle... Its probably gonna be raining though haha. I bet its pretty warm in Florida now (Its also super hot there in the summer). Tired on the cool down.

Quick lift circuit downstairs right when I got back.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, shins

Legs feeling sore after today, but good otherwise. Running is all game time decisions for the rest of the week. Gotta do my thing out at UW first, but I think I can fit in a run tomorrow. Saturday might be tougher.
