Six miles two days in a row. Finally getting back to form. Today I woke up for the first time in two days without any pain. The whole day went by pain free. As soon as I got a few minutes into my run the pain in my leg instantly came back and a painful jolt ran up my left leg. I was not going to give up. I had to run with more impact coming down on my right leg which was kind of awkward, but whatever. I actually ended up running these six miles a few minutes faster than yesterday even though I didn't feel nearly as good. That's a good sign. Even in pain I ran the miles I needed too and improved on my time a little bit. Now I sit covered in IcyHot waiting for dinner to finish. Overall a good day.
