Comments:
Had two pool visits, so I ran from the pool in South EUG, north to the HS. Did 6x strides, where I really focused on a strong hip flexion drive on a neutral low back. TOUGH, but I felt a big difference in speed. Worked on the "lateral" landing/push-off.
The L lateral foot was irritated...and I think I know what's going on: I'm actually losing DORSIFLEXION range. In other words, my foot/toes aren't flexing up enough, so the lateral foot is banging down on the outside, rather than landing flush, despite my best efforts, proximally....
