Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The first run since last Wednesday felt okay. I would summarize it by saying that it had its ups and downs, both topographically and emotionally. I had a rather irritating day at school today, so my realization that I'd be able to run was elating. My quads are sore from all the squats I did on Tuesday night out of boredom, but hopefully that will dissipate.
