Comments:
It was freezing outside! And my Achilles' tendon on my left leg is really bothering me now. Today I improved my 2000m time but my 600 time was lacking the effort and ability to keep going. Most of that was due to the potential injury. I iced and elevated it multiple times tonight so I should be fine. Still a gret run regardless.
