Comments:
Spring is in the air. If running were not part of it, I'd have to say it is my least favorite season. This run was fearful. In the past couple days, it has seemed as though my body has failed me. For some reason I had to work much harder than usual on this run--my cardiovascular system was not very cooperative. Even my right calf hurt afterwards. In some sense, the day of training reminded me of last year. Plank day.
