Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Quick run alone from the house. Didnt do a long run today since I havnt run in a few days and my legs were creaky. Plus we might do one tomorrow. Could def feel it in my legs very sore lower legs especially. Still felt like I could maintain a pace. So I guess I felt good. Went out to lee on Scarborough then came back on southpark (standard).

Essentials: Stretch, L7, shins&calves, roll, pushups

Felt better after the stretch, shins and Achilles still kinda tight. Get back into it next week after the down week this week. Im still in a way better place than I was last season. I wasnt even running at this time. Keep it up everyday and see where we go.

Nice performances at UAA day 2. Team score didnt look that good, Coach was kinda upset. Meet went by real quick too, didnt really feel the full intensity of a UAA meet. Odd feeling... I guess cause its still a transition for everyone.
