Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Just a long run today. Everyone was tired from the meet. Phil Gilad and MJ and I headed out in the nice weather. Sun was out. Kinda decided we didnt want NP so we went out up to Shaker, then decided to hit up MLK and Woodland Hills. Good run kept going out to E116 were we did that long run last semester. Its nice out there get good grass next to the sidewalks. Felt pretty good, hip was kinda sore and Achilles felt better. Phil and I got to talk about Degrassi. Added on a mile on the track when I got back since it was getting pretty cold on the way back.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, hammies, roll, pushups
Good stretch legs a little sore, but getting back to it this week. Today was a real good run. Buddies with Phil afterward.
