Comments:
Because of knee pain I had to turn back very early. Anthony said it's my I.T. band. I feared that we'd do ?x400 or something, but this was not the case. Others did the satellite loop. I did a round of thirty second planks with no leg lifts, and 20 push ups. After an argument with my mother about her phobia that I am over training, I told her I would ice and stretch the insubordinate knee.
