Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran after class with Corey Gilad Chris E and Tim. It started to rain in the afternoon, and it was coming down in waves. It was also pretty cold. The wind was against us on the way out so it felt pretty miserable. I hung to the back, didnt feel super fast, but also not slow. Did the loop around Forest Hills then came back Mayfield. The wind was to our back, but with out the air flow my glasses fog up. Urgh couldnt see anything. My feet were also soaked, and as we came down Mayfield hill, my orthotics slipped forward. I had to fit them in little italy. At that point, I wanted to get back ASAP. We were all pretty miserable.
Did HM when we got back, no shoes cause they were soaked. Legs a little sore after but I felt pretty flexible and good for that.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll
Good stretch, but I was really hungry afterward. Sucks that we had to go back outside in the cold rain. Yesterday was so nice. Hopefully the weather gets better so we can start doing the workouts outside.
