Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Taped the ankle in the AM, then reinforced again right before the run. Ran fairly uptempo (down to <7, avg'd 7;15?) with Jeff. Felt pretty good, actually!
Foot was still achy in the afternoon...but less so. L ankle/lateral side is still really stiff, so I'm gonna see about a massage for that and the hammmies, pre-Napa.
Long day: full day of work, then 3hr of volunteer PT stuff at night.
