Tired this morning for sure. Chris and I got out the door though and headed out. Not too cold and it snowed near the end, but overall it was ok out. Real sluggish starting, felt pretty tired from yesterday. Better by the end though.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll

Good stretch afterward. Legs starting to feel stronger. Takes a while for sure.
