SL - I allowed myself to relax a little more this morning, which wasn't really planned but probably necessary. I still did not run what I would really consider easy. I was tired from this week, but my legs felt reasonably fresh, although tight. My back is really sore from work so I had a hard time stretching. This was not bad for the fourth early morning fast run in a row.
