Comments:
Felt good at the beginning, then, in the middle of the 400s, got lightheaded and so forth. Had to quit early. Followed up with a 3miler a few hours later.
Strides.

PS. this site is screwed up so they're all out of order. Also, I'm never putting in all my intervals again. It was fun this once, but what a pain!
