Easy shake out around NP with Chris Colin David Ethan and Phil. Legs super sore still from this whole week, hope the shake out helped, since my quads and calves felt pretty sore.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, ankles, leg hang
Simple stretch with lots of rolling and a leg hang.
