a good long run. no walking. felt worst at start and first half hour then settled in. took two gels just because they are getting set to expire. felt some pick up from them though...probably just into the time range where they are helpful. feeling satisfied and finally hopeful about completing a half in less than 2 weeks. drank 50oz water and lost as much.
