Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
After recitation went with Chris Chris and Gilad. Did a little warm up then got into it. Good mobility and flexibility. Pretty crisp overall. I think this should work out, mileage might drop cause I ran 7 days last week and spring break is coming up... Did full run throughs and they felt as smooth as they could in practice. Pretty confident. But in a race, its so different and I got to be strong so that I can face it when it comes at me.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretch quickly before grabbing a even quicker lunch. Yum.
