Kinda made this one up as I went - started out wanting to do sort of a 4-mile race-pace run, then decided for more of a 2x2mile format, then decided to add the wrinkle of making it a progression run as well. All-in-all it worked out - pretty happy with the results. Miles were 6:45, 6:44, 6:33, 6:23.
